As a community organisation, Bath Carnival is powered by our incredible volunteers and freelance artists, who help us break down barriers to the arts and bring international-quality cultural experiences into the heart of the city. Thank you to everyone who joined an event or workshop in 2025, especially those who helped deliver a safe carnival procession in extreme heat🙏
A new highlight last year was being part of the Summer Lates at the @theromanbaths transforming a world-renowned heritage site into a unique musical soundscape with vinyl DJs across six weekends.
The Carnival's outreach work also grew, with artists working alongside local schools, vulnerable adults, and community groups.
It’s a challenging time to be an arts organisation, so this recognition is a big boost as we head into 2026 - continuing to create opportunities for people to experience and take part in the arts. 💕
