📢 BIG news: Lucy & Yak is officially a member of Fair Wear This milestone is the next step in our commitment to ensure we continue to make our clothes in a way that’s fair, transparent and respectful to the people who make them 🤝 @fairwearfoundation is a multi-stakeholder initiative that advances workers’ rights across global supply chains by enabling human rights and environmental due diligence to become part of everyday business practice. Their vision is one we strongly align with: a world where workers’ rights are realised, power imbalances in global supply chains are rebalanced, and responsible business is built into everyday decision-making 🫶 So what can you expect from us?... 🩷 Enhanced human rights due diligence across our supply chain 🩷 Worker voice programmes, so the people making our clothes can speak up safely 🩷 Clear action plans where improvements are needed 🩷 Public transparency, including reports on how we’re doing (the good and the work still to do) Lucy & Yak has always been about people first.
