I am delighted to announce a Notton Art takeover of Century Club, London. Ensconced in the vibrant heart of Soho, Century is a members club that celebrates the enduring spirit of creativity and innovation. For the months of September and October the walls of this exclusive Soho club are adorned with new works from Notton Art’s roster of artists. New paintings from @peter.mcardle2014 @delehag @josephloughborough @sebedge @vikramkushwah Century offers a relaxing environment with lounges, meeting rooms, event spaces, a dining room and excellent food and drink. And its outstanding feature is its roof, whose three terraces offer unparalleled views across the capital with all-year-round access. @century_soho On through November. Drinks evening and reception to be announced. Stay tuned!

Static Roots, Electricity was fired through sheets of film and developed and hand printed at my darkroom, North london Darkroom. no camera involved. The project came about after a conversation with a physicist about indexicality in analog camera materials versus data and energy of digital. Matter is energy, energy is matter. I added one of last years Mycelium mushrooms, this one is an ink cap. They can flower around lightning strikes on the earth.. but they also appear and dissolve to a black ink as quickly as they appear! The path is illuminating!

The Great Hurricane camera, built from fallen trees my father harvested from the great storm of 1987. To sit for the camera is like a painting using chemically brewed Collodion chemistry, sensitised in silver, on great sheets of glass. Staring down the barrel of the camera as it captures your essence.. and you submit willingly to the minutes put in to a moment. This is the act of photography and the print its performance. . . @nottonart @woodsiesareaglasto @tiimucirc @stewartpembertonentertainment @circuspazaz @curtis.tappenden @mammothtaproom @photo_ldnmetarts @photolondonfair

Steff and Alex Pickles 2015 in Wales. Steff is an Oily Boy, he runs the bin lorries at Glastonbury and is a builder of mad cap vehicles amongst many other things. Alex 🖤ran the travellers trust in the healing fields and worked with young offenders at the farm with her horses. Beautiful souls of machine and mind in a tangled harmony. . . @nottonart @chongoindustries @ilfordphoto
