Wana give a shoutout to the entire @nomadgrills team for the amazing hospitality and it was really cool to cook and serve along side some epic pitmasters @patrick84_03 of @fegesbbq , @smokeyjoesbarbecue , and chef @yiavang70 .
Another dope part of this event is its basically a neighborhoods blockparty and was free to attend. Felt like the entire historic Oak Cliff neighborhood in Dallas showed up and showed out haha.

Throwback to this really dope full circle moment I had in London last September at @fume_bbq_festival
Day 2 in the weeds of slinging some epic @kgbbq to the fine folks of London and a customer comes to our booth asking for me by name. Here I am across the pond thinking to myself who could possibly know me when the homie @ndm_steamingstack shows me this photo from a pit tour I gave him in Austin in 2022.
These types of genuine interactions are what makes this industry so great and serves as a good reminder that every person you serve, every dish you plate can make a connection with someone and to never take it for granted.

We’re talking @johndavidsons beef cheeks, seasoned in the almighty beetroot based ‘Beef Rub’ from @thefoursaucemen until nice and barky before @samzilla34 braised them in extract stout Guinness all on tye @ironbrandcustomsmokers Rocket FTW 🚀🐮🤠
