After 10+ hours at the smoker, we kicked off the Texas BBQ: Pitmasters weekend with a full-blown Honky Tonk takeover at @sydneybreweryrozelle, as Austin pitmaster @kgbbq brought his signature Texas BBQ with an Egyptian twist for the very first time.Long table feasting with smoky trays loaded with @westholme brisket, @margra_lamb chops, za’atar & pomegranate glaze @australianpork pork ribs, sides piled high, and cardamom pistachio rice pudding for dessert. Soundtracked by cowboy boots sliding across the floor to Shara Rose and The Tailgators.@traveltex

Double Cheers Over 700 hungry BBQ lovers served, with a line wrapping around the building from 12:30-5:30, when service started at 2:00 and ended at 6. In Sydney, they call that dedication.In Texas, we call that tradition.Thank yall for coming out. Together, they prepared a Westholme experience reimagined through Texas barbecue traditions and layered with Egyptian influence. We were proud to partner across all four events, including a sold out Brisket 101 masterclass.
