today marks the 20th anniversary of my first release on vinyl!
originally released as part of the "pulverising! cocoa EP" compilation (alongside inverse cinematics & icasol, row-z and ct lab) on stuttgart-based pulver records may 5th, 2006.
now available for download on my bandcamp (link in bio).
Today marks the 10th anniversary of “Raw Land”, the debut album by @sam_irl__ - released on March 26, 2016 on Jazz & Milk.
Built from analogue synths, MPC chops and dusty vinyl fragments, the record blends broken beat, dubby grooves, disco touches and deep house into warm, rough and soulful jams.

going backwards to go forward!
after ten years of dub-driven live explorations, we're now focusing on a raw, uptempo, and sample-driven take on techno.
our new live-set is stripped to the essentials — two classic samplers, the SP-1200 and MPC 2000XL, and a 16-track mixer.
we've been working on it over the course of the last year, played two smaller local gigs, and are happy to present it at the @blitz_music_club klubnacht spezial in munich this saturday, november 15th, with a fantastic line-up consisting of daphni / @cariboumusic , @markernestus ndagga rhythm force, @palmstrax , @sofiiazoloto_ & vince.
our forthcoming album will be released in early 2026.

the instrumental version of my remix for @gramington ! dancehall style!
out now with the original and my remix (with vocals) on his @bandcamp !
gräm is one of my oldest lower bavarian friends and earliest musical collaborators since his first mixtapes in the early 2000s. i basically learned how to DJ because of him and our mutual friends back then.
they had turntables in their band space and from 15 on i spent most weekends there, playing records or dragging my imac down there to produce beats & record their raps.
playing hip hop, roots reggae and dancehall together with gräm back then was a very important and inspiring time for my musical development! looking back it had a major influence on how i ended up working in music professionally.
it's an honour being part of most of his musical projects all this time.
big up gräm since day one! ❤️
