Trailer | Business As Usual | Chinedum Iregbu | Nigeria, Mauritania |
In the footsteps of the traffickers in Mauritania who profit from poverty. They organize crossings to take west Africans to Europe. Are they helping these people on a dangerous journey or are they the heirs of the slave traders of the 16th century, at the time of the transatlantic slave trade?

Impact/Public Screenings of my documentary ‘Business as Usual’ will commence in January 2023.
Business as Usual is a story about irregular migration, told through the eyes of the smugglers. It highlights the dangers of traveling out through illegal routes and also takes a look at what lies ahead if you are on the seemingly good side of the 50/50 chance of making it to Europe alive through these irregular routes.
For now you can watch Business as Usual through the following links, more links will be added soon!

Clarity begins when we are willing to learn and unlearn, rewind and fast-forward and then choose intention over impulse!
Life is all about reading between the lines, understanding the deeper meaning of the tiniest acts and moments.
I played with Capcut Desktop and this is the result:
This one came together in quiet layers, frame by frame, breath by breath. I followed the rhythm the images were already carrying and let the pauses speak where words would have been too loud.
An eye for an eye… but this edit chose vision over vengeance.
Anyways if you want to own this video or use it as a CapCut template to share or dump your numerous fav photos and videos, you’re free to do so.
