Our film The Weekend is now streaming on HBO Max across 15 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Nearly two years after its invitation to World Premiere at Tribeca, it’s incredibly humbling to see the film still finding new homes and new audiences around the world.
What makes this moment even more special is knowing that The Weekend is the first independently produced Nigerian thriller to be on the platform. It’s a reminder that stories from our part of the world can travel far when they are told with conviction, craft, and belief.
