2 night ago, I took my final bow in the National Tour of Peter Pan. I couldn’t have imagined a better way to go out than with this extraordinary group of humans on this night. I’m still coming down from the emotional high and will remember this night forever. Being Captain Hook on 2/2/25 (222 is the angel number for balance, harmony, and spiritual alignment), on the final day of finishing 9 shows as Hook in a row, with one of my best friends as my Peter…it was meant to be. More thoughts to come as I continue to process this magical day. For now, here are some core memories from the day. 🧚🏻✨💚 1. These past few months have been beyond incredible!! I’m feeling so so grateful!! I closed Shrek playing an absolute dream role, I was named a @lululemon Ambassador by the best team in the world (see recent post for more heart gushing and tears) and had my first product seeding, taught a sold out Lunar New Year class at @lululemon Pacific City, took a much needed trip to Hawaii, choreographed a production of Hairspray that I’m SO proud of, auditioned a musical I’m Associate Choreographing this summer, started rehearsals for The Cher Show with an amazing cast and team, and so much more! And let me tell you…I’ve got some biiiiiig things coming very soon that I can’t waaaaait to announce! So stay tuned!!! 😍🙊✨

There are times in your career as an actor when you get the opportunity to play a role that fills you up more than you could ever imagine. A role that brings you so much joy. A role that feels like it was written for you. A role that brings you back to why you do what you do. I could not be more thrilled to announce I’ll be playing Lord Farquaad in Shrek at Performance Riverside!! Ever since I saw the original Broadway cast in 2009, this part has been on my wish list. Proof of life! The last month has been coo coo bananas busy in the best way!! Feeling SO grateful! I celebrated my birthday (and raised over $1000 for @trevorproject ), I opened a wellness studio called @pauselongbeach with my dream partner in crime @katyahiel , I choreographed a holiday musical spectacular with @ompatthegem , I saw an incredible intimate @roses_are_rosie concert, I had many amazing nights at Disney, I celebrated Thanksgiving with my second family, and so much more! But most importantly…I am leaning heavily into my word of the year: balance. And it feels so good!!! 🫶✨💝

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY! ✨ As I reflect on this past year, I am filled with SO much gratitude. The incredible personal and professional triumphs, the deep learnings, the internal growth, and the most magical connections…it has been a year I’ll never forget. This has been a year of exploration, hard ass work, discovery, creation, and standing in my power. This year has been so rewarding, and I’m ready for the next one. I recently received a card from an amazing human that read “Ryan - you have a way of alchemizing anything into something positive”. I was touched to my core, and was beautifully reminded of my purpose - to be a lighthouse for others. As I celebrate my personal new year and look to this next trip around the sun, I hope to lead with heart, be an example of balance, and continue to inspire through being a light. You are magic and never forget it! Now let’s celebrate!! ✨💝
