Like so many wonderful friends, Fred was introduced to the theater through Bobbie Stovall a few years ago.
And quickly became part of The GEM family.
It was not uncommon to see him lending a hand wherever needed from handing out programs to cheering on the cast at rehearsals, and always with the most genuine, enthusiastic smile on his face.
He was loved by everyone who walked through the theater doors and will be deeply missed. But his kindness, warmth, generosity, and love for this theater will always remain, living on in every performance, every laugh, and every moment shared on and off the stage.
