Hello London! I'm a theatre director, actor, and cabaret performer, newly UK-based. 📸 by @sarasahores at @aktaphotography .  Let me introduce myself ✨️❤️ I've directed plays and musicals like Heathers, A Christmas Carol, Bright Lights, Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, MacArthur Park Suite: A Disco Ballet and more. As an actor, my stage credits include roles in A Midsummer Night's Dream, We Will Rock You, Hedwig & the Angry Inch, It's A Wonderful Life, In The Heights, Titanic, Ragtime, The Wiz, Lilies; Or, The Revival of a Romantic Drama. Onscreen includes feature film/tv work in Blood Lines, Whatever Happened to Jackie Shane?, Sex with Sunny, Queer as Folk (US version), many commercials, and Hedwig & the Angry Inch. My award-winning cabaret work has toured across Canada and the US, including theatres, nightclubs, and pride festivals, and my solo show #KanderAndEbb (a critically-acclaimed deep dive into the music of John Kander and Fred Ebb and my personal experiences around them😲) has played to full houses in New York City, Toronto, Orlando, and Montreal. I was Buddies in Bad Times' Cabaret Artist-in-Residence for two years, and hosted the 2024 Dora Mavor Moore Awards at the historic Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre. I've also been fortunate to have shared stages and/or screens with legends like Taylor Mac, Debbie Reynolds, Todrick Hall, Liza Minnelli, Lady Bunny, John Kander, Billy Stritch and Jim Caruso, and to have been mentored over many years by Chita Rivera. With lots of experience touring, navigating large institutions + small indie venues, and educational settings, I come with a deep and varied resume and promise a good vibe matched with rigour. I'm interested in directing, developing and performing musicals, new takes on classic plays, contemporary plays, solo shows, and cabaret on stages far and wide. From my performance work to my style to life philosophies, it's easy to see how LMM influenced me: she has been so kind to me, to my late mother, and is a crucially important part of the #KanderAndEbb multiverse.  Being on set, in studio, at events, in Luigi class with her are among the most exciting and educational times of my life, and she colored my time in NYC with glamour. I hope people continue to watch her movies, listen to her music, and study her concerts for years to come.
