Selected performance credits include Milky White & Others in Into the Woods (Koerner Hall), Host of Heartbreak Hits: Billboard in Concert (Capitol Theatre Port Hope), Hare in Hare & Tortoise, Ensemble in Birdsong (Carousel Players) Seán/Donald The Leprechaun in The Wild Rovers (Smile Theatre), Toto in Wizard of Oz: The Panto, Tootles in Peter Pan: The Panto (Drayton Entertainment), and Scuttle in The Little Mermaid (SLC Stage). They have also performed in cabarets with Theatre Gargantua, Icarus Theatre, and a self-produced virtual cabaret during the pandemic, Here I Am: A Cabaret. Thank you so much to @tolive and @glatzconcerts for inviting me to this once-in-a-lifetime experience of film, musical theatre, joy, and community. I’m still reflecting on this experience and how visceral it was to hear one of my favourite movie musicals with a FULL ORCHESTRA! That doesn’t happen… like… EVER! And to experience it with my dear dear friend @sarah.dufff made the experience all the better. i love theatre! (gasp!) it’s truly my lifeline. the thing that matters to me most in this world. my love in life. it’s why i wake up everyday. i love getting to perform. i love getting to be an audience member. i love getting to make silly social media content about it. i love getting to be a mentor to youth and young(er) adults. i love getting to spend hours and hours talking about why i liked that one choice but didn’t like that other choice. i love it all. this day can often be hard for some as it can quickly become a resume flex… (no shade to people sharing their accomplishments, we’re just in an industry filled with lots of water signs) so this year i want to try something new… i want YOU (yes, you theatre practitioner/lover) to comment something you love about theatre. maybe it’s something you’ve done and are proud of. maybe it’s something you’ve seen that you can’t stop thinking about. maybe it’s literally one time your pants split onstage and you couldn’t stop laughing. our world and theatre community can use a whole lot more love right now and a whole lot less of who booked what. theatre is about community, not about competition. let’s do that community thing and reconnect with the love we have for this silly silly thing we call show. happy world theatre day to you and yours! 🫶🏻✨ image one 📸: @shefromthesea image four: puppet by @thecostumewitch image nine 📸: Wizard of Oz: The Panto, Drayton Entertainment, 2022 Season. WILL’S WEEKLY HAPPY MOMENTS: Episode 4 YOU KNOW WHAT THIS IS!! One of my goals for this year is to focus more on the little things. So, here’s THAT! 💬 Share a happy moment you had recently in the comments below. MONDAY I spent the whole day working at a March Break camp which was AMAZING but also I get so excited that I get really sleepy after the camp day. GO SLEEP! 🎭💤 TUESDAY If you’ve spoken to me about St Patrick’s Day, I’ve probably told you I watch the first AND THIRD (very important) Leprechaun movie every year to celebrate. I love these silly silly films. 🍀🎞️ WEDNESDAY NO ONE TOLD ME PINEAPPLE @bublysparklingca SLAYS SO HARD! I HAD TO FIND IT OUT MYSELF BECAUSE I LIKED THE YELLOW CAN! Very grateful. 🍍💛 THURSDAY This week was a lot of double and triple duty work because I have a bunch of projects on the go. Nothing feels more satisfying than crushing that days to-do list and shutting down for the night. 💻☑️ FRIDAY A solo @gotransit trip has its perks… AKA I love LOUNGING out on the longer trips. We looove a lounge. SATURDAY @oliviaouzounis and @brimelayy had a joint birthday party this year… AND it was murder mystery themed. It was so much fun! I kinda live for this as a party theme. SUNDAY I had to do some revamping of my audition binder this weekend and I forgot how satisfying putting highlighter to sheet music really is. See you next week! 🫶🏻✨
