This fully-featured Lego theatre, which we designed, built, and dubbed The Brickerbrocker, began construction in 2023, inspired by my time with Hamilton at the Princess Of Wales Theatre in Toronto. Unfortunately it was never quite finished, owing to flaws in its overly-ambitious design. Two years later, it is being decomissioned to be rebuilt smaller and more accessible. Holly and I made this video to document it before it’s reconstruction.
I’ve had to figure out how to manage my social anxieties, which palpably rise up in physiological ways; every time I enter a rehearsal room with a new team, every time I enter a classroom with new students, every single performance, and now also with election volunteering. But it has done me a lot of good, and I feel like I’m helping make a difference. BE THE CHANGE.
