We are excited to participate in @photolondonfair next week, where our presentation will include a selection of unique Polaroid works by Argentinian photographer @sarasahores , from her series ‘Meditations on the City’.
In her own words, “I walk around cities and stop to observe the details that, to me, make the experience of being in a city. An empty cup on a café table, spilled water on the pavement, an architectural detail. There is always a familiarity about the urban experience that is comforting.”

Sara Sahores trabaja entre procesos digitales y analógicos, basando su práctica en capturar el mundo que la rodea desde una mirada de coleccionismo de imágenes, de poseer aquello que se presenta antes de que desaparezca.
La técnica desarrollada con un scanner portátil logra en el resultado una abstracción que hace difícil reconocer el orígen de las tomas, transformando a cada una en un objeto nuevo y ambiguo.
Esta obra formó parte de su segunda muestra individual "Superficies de contacto" curada por Felix Niikado, en el marco del ciclo Entre Copias 02 en @triple333frontera , Noviembre 2025.

Sunrise (left, 2024) and a new yet untitled piece for which I’ve done like 100 colour tests.
I’ve come back to and been re-learning screen printing, making mistakes and getting obsessive over the past 3-4 months. Hopefully more to come.
