Such an amazing milestone for @thewidowermovie 🔪🩸☠️. So lucky to get to share it with members of the team and the friends who came out to support this film. And a big congrats to other short films that screened in our block. Blown away by the work. I also wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team @danceswithfilms , the festival has been an unbelievable experience and still more to come!

Such a fun guerrilla style, spur of the moment adventure running around LA. Shooting a project on an Alexa for the first time was a real treat (let alone the 35, be still my heart). Made me wish we had more time with it to grab some more planned shots with proper lighting. That being said, our run and gun (read: spray and pray) setup proved that the 35 is a surprisingly perfect docu camera, with such insane highlight latitude. Point it at the sun, engulf it in flames, do whatever you want, but good luck clipping this thing. Oh, and those colors ain’t so bad either 🙂
