DEKA Fit and DEKA Mile Teams at World Championships were two of the most exciting races I've ever been a part of. And they were meaningful. Getting to share that with @runricrun , who I've been training and coaching with for nearly 9 years was a special moment. If only it didn't take me 8 years to get him to join me for some racing!
We gave every ounce of energy we had to those races. We put on a strategic clinic. We trusted each other. We suffered for each other.
Two World Titles and a World Record. Now Eric finally has caught the bug too.
We're getting old, but we're not done yet. Team racing has opened the door to extend this racing career a bit longer. And we're excited to share this version of the sport with our athletes @trainatelevate

It's time to give this guy his flowers. Eric Williams is one of the best humans I know. He works his ass off, enthusiastically supports his community, has been one of the key cogs in @trainatelevate for nearly 9 years, helps me run the Hybrid Athlete program and is one hell of an athlete himself!
On Saturday, this guy joined the sub 1-hour Hyrox club! This is no easy task. This takes years of hard training, discipline, suffering and passion. The work you've been putting in behind the scenes is tremendous. The level of athleticism and training it takes to get to this point, most humans will never be able to comprehend.
Eric, I'm continually blown away by you. You seek no glory, just your best. But damn do you deserve the love now. 59:37. I AM SO PROUD.
