Double digit half marathon races later... my FIRST marathon and of course it was a @wmmajors because I don’t do things in half measures!
Definitely not the perfect race..
The first 20 miles went to plan. Then the last 6.2 miles took my soul (it really was me, myself and Jesus yo 🙃)..
Finally came the last mile when I made the decision to dig DEEP & reclaim a little bit of my soul back.
Imperfectly, perfect.. but I did that 🙏🏾

To my friends and fam — I love and appreciate you all so deeply. The love and support has been overwhelming 🥹❤️
MONTHS of sacrificing, emotional roller coasters, injury paranoia, dedication, self doubt, practicing discipline, confidence building, solo training sessions in crazy weather, questioning if I can even really run, anxiety, sports bra cuts + bruises, juggling a busy career, giving up margaritas, etc .. and it was ALL worth it.
One last thing..
