9 minutes shaved off Parisā¦ just 2 weeks ago.
Didnāt expect it to hurt that much. Mentally drained, legs heavy but the London crowd carried me home. There were moments I wanted to stop, but my city wouldnāt let me.
On the day, it didnāt matter what club you ran for it felt like one massive team š

This is actually crazy š¤Æ. If youād have told me that Iād have gone from āhatingā running, to a pic of me at Mile 20.5 of the London Marathon being on the Tube in less than 3 years, I certainly would have called you crazy!
