A week that made me realise exactly why I do what I do.
Saturday: Tipperary shooting for
@thealmanage retreat with
@yogalenaoise — slow morning hikes, and a beetroot + miso dish I haven’t stopped thinking about.
Monday: Phibsborough with
@fion_eile , shooting for
@sineadmcwine and
@paulgartland1 — wine, small plates, and one of the most beautifully considered spaces in Dublin.
Tuesday: back to Dublin with
@studiohost — filming branded content in
@thefitzwilliamhotel , then straight into kitchen BTS at
@floritzdublin , and finishing the day at
@fallonandbyrne shooting hampers (still thinking about those Marmande tomatoes… counting down to tomato season).
Midweek: Galway — checked into
@theghotelgalway and straight into a two-day shoot at
@thepullmanrestaurantgalway with Chef
@angelo_vagiotis , just after their first Michelin star.
Kitchen prep, team in motion, and then back in for full dish coverage the next day.
A lot of miles, a lot of early starts, but this is the level, the pace, and the kind of work that I love building on.
