When I was 18ish, I bought this navy blue and white dress, it was the same sort of style as this, and I LOVED it. Sometime in the last 15 years I got rid of it, but I haven't stopped thinking about it. Until I saw @hellbunnyofficial new season collection, and this leapt at me 🥰 I am in Love. Reunited, but version 2.o, because this one is so much prettier with the tulips (and a little stretch 🤭)

Two things to note - the original recipe calls for lemon juice, but this is *my* favourite cocktail, and I like lime.
And I have no idea how to pronounce Amaro Nonino. It' impossible to find in shops, so I order mine from @thewhiskeyexchange

My vitiligo is making an appearance now that the Sun has appeared in the sky. It's always fascinating to me at this time of year to see how it has progressed. 🥰 When it first appeared years ago, I was so upset. I'd just started to accept my post baby body, and learned to love its new shape, and then BAM! Ma'am, you are losing the pigment in your skin, and there's nothing you can do about it.
Several years down the line, and I feel my most beautiful in the summer - shapes and shadows that are uniquely mine, and yet remain a mystery to me until I have seen the sun for a few days. An always changing skin patina.

I've had this dress since around 2011, and after years of not knowing much about it, I think I'm narrowed it down to @gallianoarchive ss2008 collection?!
I ran a pop up coffee stall for DSM sample sale, and on the last day, they let me go in an have a mooch around. I fell in love with this dress, butg it wasn't priced, which should have made me run a mile, but because they have the loveliest person running it, he told me to take the dress home as a thank you.
I still love it just as much today as I did when I first saw it. 💕🫶

Morroco
We had the most amazing week. The weather might not have been perfect for us, but when the locals they tell you they went 7 years without rain, you rejoice with them over every raindrop!
Everyone was so friendly, the food was delicious, the architecture was beautiful, and the wildlife was adorable.
The kids really didn't want to leave the pool. But we found that the mornings were ideal for sightseeing, so we managed to get a lot done.
We stayed in Agadir, which was almost entirely destroyed by an earthquake in 1960. They've been slowly rebuilding the city ever since, and it feels so vibrant there. We were hoping to make it to Marrakech for a day or two, but we didn't have time, but that just means we get to go back! 🥰

I've never chased designer clothes - I choose clothes for how they make me feel, how sustainable they are, and how much wear I'll get out of them. This time, it turned out to be vintage @versace from @shrimptoncouture absolutely ticking all 3 boxes : DELIGHTED, SECOND HAND, and LOADS.
And the sunnies??!?! How absolutely perfect are these from @pearlsandswine ?! Absolutely not planned, but my gosh, they are such a great match. @pearlsandswine is one of those businesses that was love at first sight for me - the epitome of someone creating accessories for joy. Honestly can't wait to wear these all the bloody time.
