Hi, we’re Jessie & Nick - husband and wife duo behind Ruby & James 🤎 It’s been a little while since we popped up here, so we thought it was about time we reintroduced ourselves. After a whirlwind winter filled with incredible events and exciting projects, we’re stepping into spring with fresh energy (and a few exciting new projects up our sleeves). We can’t wait to share what’s coming for the upcoming season, including some brand-new service offerings we’ve been quietly working on in the background. For Khanh & Mick, at the iconic Machine Hall ~ From a moss-lined mezzanine ceremony framed by sculptural, ikebana-inspired florals to moments designed to surprise at every turn - a live tuna carving, a traditional tea ceremony, and a vibrant dragon dance to open the night. Guests gathered over a shared four-course Chinese banquet, a reflection of Khanh & Mick’s love for food, travel, and connection. Thoughtful details echoed throughout - textured tablescapes, custom chopstick holders, and subtle nods to where it all began: Sydney International Airport. The night builds to a special performance by @thisisowleyes ,before drifting into the Vault for the final landing.
