There’s something about accomplishing one of the hardest things in your life that makes your everyday mundane. Nothing feels impossible anymore, so if you see me extra hungry either help me cook or watch me feast. Guatemala, I truly didn’t know what I was missing. Between colors, textures & people I had such an incredible time exploring your unique culture. Hope you enjoy these post cards from Lake Atitlan, Acatenango & Antigua as much as I enjoyed shooting them

Student of the game, especially during the offseason where the training intensifies. My philosophy has always been ā€œstay ready so I don’t have to get ready;ā€ with that mindset half marathons have just became another day of cardio and 315lbs deadlifts finally feel like a warmup set. s/o to @darrentomasso & @alexa.javens for openings the doors to their home @sessiontraining_ and leading an incredible @niketraining NYC event filled with movement and knowledge. šŸ“ø @jive

Almost three years with the Swoosh, and a gem I’ve learned isn’t to just do it, it’s to keep doing it and allow the rest of the world to catch up. For a long time a lot of people would come up to me confused as to how the yoga instructor could do 1000 pull-ups ... Then the conversation around a hybrid athlete became popular; I believe every athlete no matter their sport, needs different kinds of workouts to prep and strengthen their body for so called sport. To me, yoga and calisthenics prepare me to be the best rock climber I can be, Strength & Flow very much needed for the mindset it takes to be the best. šŸ“ø @sammckenna (blessed by the 🐐)

These pictures were intended to document the beauty and feeling of what 30+ hours on buses in Brazil can expose you to. Experiencing new cultures as a local, with people I love is a feeling that won’t ever get old. Obrigado. Hope you enjoy these postcards from Arraial Do Cabo, Rio de Janeiro & SĆ£o Paulo as much as I enjoyed shooting them

Art & Culture have always been my main point of inspiration to cultivate community. My environment is being targeted, erasing the things that remind me of my grandma. The art however, remains. In a way, it’s louder than ever and a constant reminder that art is in our everyday lives.

All Conditions Gear, Sound of the Wild felt like the 2026 @acg freshman class. Each person, a beast. Finding comfort trail running in - degree weather in the snow. It was brick, but the Lava Loft definitely helped, and doing pull-ups on the trees too. I’m inspired and honored to be in the same spaces as the leaders who went on this adventure. @acgdaily ā€œIf you’re here, at some point in your life you made some questionable decisions as it pertains to elevation, altitude, weather, mileage. We want you to do more of that.ā€ @jeslynnyc šŸ“ø @isojordin (these are insane!!!)

I think one of the biggest privileges in life is to teach & while I agree that the youth needs guidance, I keep asking; who teaches the teachers? an entire generation, forgotten. The thing is that if we’re fortunate enough, that’s who we become. I can’t thank the @armorynyc enough for creating this wellness space for elders uptown, yesterday was a reminder that I’m exactly where I need to be. This is the biggest stage uptown, and the biggest stage of my career, thank you

A look into my everyday life these last couple months. It’s exhausting to feel like every post has to be something related to my work, or something I created for my portfolio or simply some kind of exterior validation. My low key act is getting in the way of how I connect with people and ultimately deterring whats meant for me. I want the billboard on time square just as much as I want privacy and thats been my constant battle since 2008. It’s hard to be personal, even when it feels like my life is already on display. For 2026 my goal is to break that mindset, I have siblings I don’t show, a relationship I don’t promote and friends who are doing cool ass shit! Enjoy

Extensions — Where strength meets preparation. Our ongoing series combines both stretching & climbing encouraging people to feel comfortable being uncomfortable. Being on the wall is the same as playing chess, mapping out routes, trying different tactics and thinking three steps ahead; except we get to do it while our community encourages us. S/o to @nikenyc for getting everyone geared up, to our friends over at @breakout for supporting the night & @vital.westharlem.uppereast for giving @dominguezcorporation a home to host the biggest indoor POC event uptown šŸ“ø : @kat.loissa @r0selyncabral

A crew of early risers, who hit the trails before dawn to be greeted by the sun … ā€œThe Rooster Clubā€ Thank you to all 30 people who showed up for our inaugural hike. The best part about having front row seats to experience the first light of the day, is doing it together. I’m grateful to continue pushing my crazy ideas in the uptown community, and being surrounded with people who are just as wild as I am. @adelinelulo & @sonovisualss , more than just capturing feelings in these incredible images you give our purpose a face. It’s an honor to call you both friends and in this mission, partners Produced by Rob, Powered by @nike @nikenyc šŸ”
