Feeling incredibly grateful to be awarded the Trailblazer Woman Award by the Consulate General of India today!
This recognition is truly a reflection of the blessings and community I’ve had in my life. My family always instilled in me the value of doing what you love while giving back to others, and that’s what sparked the beginning of RPC. It wasn’t just an avenue for me to continue dancing, but also a way to create inclusive spaces where people can explore dance in a new way. I’m especially thankful to GCA for nominating me for this honor. I’ve basically been raised in this organization, exploring my culture, learning Garba for the first time, volunteering and giving back to underprivileged communities, and more. My community has played such a meaningful role in shaping who I am today, and there’s no association I’d be prouder to represent than the one I grew up in. And last but certainly not least, I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without my friends who push me to be my greatest self. I love you endlessly!!!
Thank you all for joining me on this journey so far :) #rpc4life
