1️⃣ Visited the Glasgow Coffee Festival and sat down with Paper Cup Coffee - one half of April’s box - to talk coffee, gardens, and somehow, cocktails!
2️⃣ First in a series of community events across the country. North London. The sun was out that day!
3️⃣ Put our brand in front of 5 million people in 73 hours. Six Nations. England vs Scotland.
4️⃣ Tasted 30+ coffees to lock in May’s selection. Special mention to Caravan for a genuinely stunning Congo origin coffee.
5️⃣ Front and centre in Shark Ninja’s TikTok live marathon.
6️⃣ 700 bags of coffee. Delivered to our home address. A lesson learned.
7️⃣ Ideas Fest. Rooms full of food and drink founders doing interesting things. Watch this space.
8️⃣ Finally got to link up IRL with Island Chocolate, who are joining May’s box. Worth the wait.
9️⃣ A shoot afternoon with XOXO Soda that was, genuinely, a lot of fun. Also featuring in May… yay.
🔟 Ben’s dad making RISE ceramic merch while teaching our two-year-old to throw clay.

Every box of RISE helps a child go to school. ☕
Through our Friendly Coffee Fund, we partner with Agri Evolve to support coffee farming families in Uganda, funding education for children whose parents grow the coffee that ends up in your box.
We’re so lucky to receive WhatsApp and email messages from the community almost every week, sometimes the volume of gratitude is genuinely overwhelming. Recently, our project coordinator travelled out to meet families in person, hear their stories first-hand, and capture some moments with them (with full permission). Here’s what some of the parents shared:
