We often talk about an event's ability to transport guests to another place, and this party took that goal to another level! Air-travel-themed transitions to guests to different areas of the event, each designed after a different city. Talk about red hot! This incredible holiday party at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, designed and planned by our talented friends at Kyle Michelle Weddings + Events, was an absolute stunner. Everything was considered, from the storytelling and entertainment to the decor, down to the tiniest details. ⁠ ⁠ Our contributions: We loved designing an extra-large truss structure, as well as the staging and scenic design, including platforms for the performers. Here we are, a week out from our gala, and I’m still feeling all of it. As current President of @wipaphiladelphia , I have had the privilege of being deeply involved since the chapter launched in 2023. This journey has never been about a single event; it’s been about building something bigger than ourselves. This was our 3rd Annual Gala, and every year it hits me why I pour so much of myself into this community: the people, the energy, the collaboration, and the way we push each other to grow. It’s the messy, thrilling, exhausting, and absolutely worth-it kind of work that reminds me why I keep showing up. To our WIPA Philly board, thank you for your trust, your vision, and for always dreaming bigger. Your leadership and commitment make this chapter what it is. To our Revolution team, you know there’s no way this happens without you. You’re brilliant, unstoppable, and just a little insane (the best kind of insane). And Rian, thank you for always being by my side in this chaos, keeping me grounded, and making it all possible.
