Constellation Culinary Group was honored to cater the Gala Soirée celebrating the reopening of the Historic Building at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
Guests moved between the Hamilton and Historic Buildings for an immersive, dual-building celebration, each space alive with energy, artistry, and the debut of a stunning new exhibition. From thoughtfully curated cuisine to an atmosphere rich with history and creativity, it was a night that beautifully brought together food, art, and community.

We were proud to help bring the vibrant spirit of a Bollywood Bash to life at Bowers Museum’s Annual Gala on March 21. From the very first moment, our team at Constellation Culinary Group set the tone with themed passed hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails, creating an immersive and energetic start to the evening.
A true highlight was welcoming our own Chef Ali Loukzada, who traveled in for the occasion and crafted a plated dinner inspired by his family’s recipes. Using hand-selected spices he personally sourced, Chef Ali delivered a menu rich in authenticity, flavor, and storytelling.
It was an unforgettable night celebrating culture, creativity, and the power of cuisine to connect and inspire.

We’re so grateful to the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center @hortcenter.philly for hosting this year’s WIPA Gala—offering a breathtaking greenhouse setting where guests gathered to celebrate, connect, and experience something truly special. Nestled in the heart of Fairmount Park, the venue set the tone with its natural beauty and effortlessly elevated atmosphere.
The evening was brought to life through an unforgettable culinary experience by Constellation Culinary Group @byconstellation , whose bespoke, design-forward approach seamlessly complemented the creative vision of the night. Led by Executive Chef Chris Nguyen, the menu was as artful as it was indulgent—from Osetra caviar with crème fraîche and chive to an asparagus and lobster mosaic presented atop a smoking nest, and a decadent Tournedos Rossini layered with wagyu, foie gras, black truffle, and pinot reduction. Signature cocktails and playful late-night bites, including limoncello jello shot cubes, added the perfect finishing touch.
An evening where every detail—setting, flavor, and experience—came together in perfect harmony.
