TIARA HOUSE by @fmdarchitects – a stunning transformation of a late 1800s Victorian terrace in Melbourne’s inner north.
This vibrant addition takes full advantage of its north-facing orientation and overlooks the picturesque Edinburgh Gardens, adding to the home’s charm and beauty.
FMD Architects carefully preserved Tiara House’s ornamental frontage, using a subtle colour palette to highlight original features like the iron lacework, corbels, and decorative plasterwork.
The result is a blend of contemporary elegance with historical charm. Inside, a wide arched hallway, a formal front room, and a beautiful timber staircase, all in shades of blue, greet visitors with a renewed sense of mood and occasion.
