We’re thrilled to be able to share news of the completion and opening of the Eva & Marc Besen Centre at TarraWarra Estate, an important art facility that we proudly led as Project Manager.
Working closely with McCorkell Constructions, KTA Architects and an amazing team of committed professionals, we oversaw the development and delivery of 2,200m² space, designed as a permanent home for over 300 modern and contemporary artworks, the Eva and Marc Besen collection.
The design showcases curved precast panels, a striking steel and glass façade, and a unique suspended car park. Nestled next to the existing museum, the project involved a challenging build into a hillside of the vineyard and delivers a unique multi-functional facility that sits beautifully with the landscape and surrounds.
We’re incredibly proud to have played a key role in bringing this new cultural landmark to life.

Reshape Development extends our congratulations to Unison Housing, City of Melbourne, and Homes Victoria for their joint venture ‘Make Room’ by Unison Housing, which won the UDIA Victoria Affordable Housing Award and was selected by judges as Project of the Year!
Reshape Development was proud to be part of this groundbreaking project, leading a terrific team of passionate professionals as they transformed an under-utilised commercial building into 50 studio apartments for those experiencing homelessness.
Make Room is a beacon of what can be achieved through unique partnerships and forward-thinking design. This ambitious adaptive reuse project is a testament to the power of transforming commercial spaces into essential social housing for those in need. It also features vital on-site support services and a rooftop garden that provides space for community for residents.
The project was funded by the City of Melbourne, Victorian Government, and philanthropic organisations, showing the collective power of public and private sectors working together to tackle homelessness.
This project provides leadership in the form of a replicable model for re-use and we share the judges’ hope that this innovative solution for affordable housing be implemented in every major city.
