We teamed up with @monnoprojects and @local_residential to capture the latest progress on Lorimer – their landmark Build-to-Rent development rising in Melbourne’s Docklands.
A great moment to document the momentum on site as the team moves closer to delivering 391 purpose-built homes to the precinct.

We’re excited to unveil our latest Gallery in the Sky artwork at 111 Lorimer Street, Docklands, created by talented Victorian artist @gabriellemay_art
Gabrielle’s contemporary abstract work explores emotion, memory and the layered nature of lived experience through richly textured compositions that balance movement and stillness.
For this project, Gabrielle has chosen to support @spinalcordinjuriesaustralia (SCIA), an organisation empowering people living with spinal cord injury and complex physical disabilities to live fulfilled, independent lives.
“Tides of Wonder” draws inspiration from Melbourne’s urban and coastal waterfront, from Docklands to the bayside, celebrating the endless cycles of joy, connection and memory created along the bay. Coastal banksias, drifting poppies, fireworks over water and footprints in the sand come together to reflect how this place continually renews itself with beautiful moments.

At the edge of Melbourne’s skyline, The Canopy by @gamudaland_au introduces a rare kind of calm: a South Melbourne sanctuary where architecture, greenery, and community come together.
Centred around a 2,600 sqm public park planted with more than 4,600 native species, the development fosters comfort and connection, complete with a rooftop garden, Onsen-inspired Japanese bath, and tranquil communal lounges.
