This 1000sq m site at 65 Haig Street in Southbank Melbourne is a build-to-rent apartment project from Samma Property Group under a partnership formed with investment firm Brightlight,
Webber Design provided structural engineering services for the project.
Designed by FKA, the tower form has a ‘brick-bond’ pattern of horizontal bands and vertical elements. The four residential developments, to be constructed and delivered between 2022 to 2025, will eventually house more than 2800 residents.

Our client, property developer, @gurnertm announced the acquisition of 189 Kent Street, located on the doorstep of Barangaroo and Sydney Harbour in July 2023.
Architects @fjcstudio have designed an $800 million, 34-storey, two-tower, ultra-luxury project. The 1,195 square metre (sqm) site is currently occupied by a 1960s built commercial office.

Adelaide's Market Square is another fabulous project where Webber Design provided structural engineering services.
Our client @icdproperty and their builder @multiplex have confirmed the following project program for future works including:
- February to May 2023: Site preparatory works including soft strip demolition, building remediation and service disconnections.
- June to September 2023: Main works demolition.
- October 2023 to February 2024: Piling and basement excavation.
- March 2024 to February 2026: Main construction works.

From an artist's rendition to reality. Webber Design provided full Structural and Civil Engineering services for Little Hall at University of Melbourne.
Little Hall houses over 600 students and comprises 13 levels of accommodation and 1 Basement level. Existing heritage facades were maintained along Swanston St and Lincoln Square South.

The $340m project by Melbourne developer @capitalalliancegroup was designed by @aboutsjb . Webber Design is providing structural engineering design services.
Expected to open in 2026 at 29-38 Pearl River Rd, this development is across the road from Docklands Studio — which boasts a 900,000 litre filming pool and could be the key tool in luring Hollywood to Melbourne.
The skyscraper swimming spot is expected to become the nation’s biggest rooftop infinity pool and could also include the longest escalator in the southern hemisphere.
