Real Estate Ski Cup – Edoardo Camardella Trophy: Sport and Solidarity in the Mountains The fourth edition of the Real Estate Ski Cup in La Thuile gathered 180 participants—professionals, mountain enthusiasts, and children—sharing the joy of sport and togetherness. The event supported the Bivacco Edoardo Camardella on the Rutor Glacier, inaugurated in 2023, symbolizing memory, mountains, and solidarity. With the support of partners, authorities, and participants, the competition shows how sport and community create real value.

Designing office spaces means creating long-term value for those who live and work in them. This philosophy lies at the heart of the new Tinexta headquarters in Rome, developed by #progettocmrinternational — through the integrated efforts of @progettocmr , @progettodesignebuild and #infire — inside the historic Torri Moretti in Piazzale Flaminio. Following the Milanese HQ project in Piazza Vetra, this new intervention continues Tinexta’s journey toward a unified identity under the concept “One Group, One Brand”: a shared vision and a collaborative environment, bringing together over 300 professionals across 4,000 sqm. The project aligns with Tinexta’s rebranding path, in which the new Tinextype logotype visually captures the Group’s forward-looking mission and ongoing innovation. For three days, the @progettocmr headquarters in Milan turned into an even more special place: it became a true Cantiere delle Meraviglie. An initiative organized by Progetto CMR International to welcome the children of our employees and collaborators, offering them the chance to experience the office in a new, engaging, and energetic way. It was truly moving to see them take on new challenges, learn different things, ask questions, and create with their hands and imagination. Their wide-eyed wonder reminded us that our workplace is, above all, a place for living – a dynamic, open space where relationships are nurtured, people grow together, and the foundations of the future are built. The Cantiere delle Meraviglie was a genuine moment of connection across generations, an opportunity to tell our story through the eyes of the youngest. Last week, our HQ came to life with the energy of the first edition of “Il Cantiere delle Meraviglie”, welcoming the children of our team for a week full of discovery. It was a joy to watch them take on new challenges, learn new things, and try to understand—through curious eyes—what mom and dad really do when they say they’ve been at the office, creating new ideas. From workshops to garden explorations and mini projects, they truly stepped into our world.
