✨ After four long years… we’re live again.
The Principle Thing site has officially relaunched. 🧡
There were so many stops and starts, detours I never saw coming. Times I didn’t think I had it in me to keep going. But the vision never left. It just matured. Deepened. Clarified. And now it returns…rooted, rested, and ready.
What began as a mother agency for models of color has grown into something far more layered a mentorship-driven ecosystem rooted in education, integrity, community, and protection. We scout new faces, yes …but our truest work is walking with both seasoned and aspiring models, local mother agents, and creatives in places where access is scarce and visibility is still a fight.
We build bridges here…between continents, cultures, and markets. We teach the business side. We revise contracts. We sit with agencies and rewrite what “representation” means. We host workshops, produce cultural events, and collaborate with nonprofits and local collectives.
This wouldn’t be possible without my tribe (
@jazzminecarthon +
@lilylightbourn ) our
models, mentors, friends, family, photographers, producers, partners, and everyone in between who’s held me down these past four years. You poured into this. You held the vision when I got tired. You reminded me why this matters.
We’re just getting started again.
