BURNED UP BLED DRY “ NEXT STOP... DEAD STOP” LP/CD/CS (Prank 162) is up for pre-orders, link in bio.
Debut album from Fayetteville, Arkansas’s BURNED UP BLED DRY. 26 songs in 25 minutes, mixing crushing down tuned Mid-South heaviness and intense power violence blasting with the clarity, hooks and direct edge of 80’s hardcore punk .
Devastating music with bleak, to the point lyrics, these are all new songs written and recorded last year after the band found themselves all living back in Arkansas a few years ago and resumed playing live, combined with a few unreleased songs from the 1990’s. This planet is a fucking trainwreck......Next stop... Dead Stop...
BURNED UP BLED DRY formed in 1996, touring constantly and releasing two 7” EPS, one on the legendary SLAP-A-HAM label, before going dormant for almost two decades. NEXT STOP.. DEAD STOP... was recorded by Raif Box at Holy Anvil Studios in Fayetteville, and master by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. Lacquers by Dietrich Schiemann. Vinyl Pressed at RTI, 24 point board covers at stoughton. CD with 8 page booklet. Cassette with eight page panel J-Card
GNP “1985 Demo” LP now up for pre-order,link in bio.
GROSSEST NATIONAL PRODUCT ( GNP) formed in 1982 in Birmingham, Alabama and were one of the state’s first hardcore punk bands, playing garage-y thrash with lyrics inspired by the comedic acidity of the RAMONES or DEAD KENNEDYS. Classic 1980’s teenage thrash, the band was a constant, encouraging presence in the Birmingham punk scene for nearly three decades, opening shows for the MEAT PUPPETS, GBH, LIFE SENTENCE, MAGGOT SANDWICH, THE ACCUSED, and many more. A wild cast of hilarious characters, the band rarely left the city limits, even less often the state and left few recordings, but tracked a classic demo tape in 1985 featuring some of their best songs “Reggie’s a Veggie”, “Ready To Ralph”, “Rabid Lassie”. The demo is presented in its entirety, pre-mastered by Will Killingsworth at Dead Air studios with vinyl mastering by Anne-Marie Suenram. The album comes packaged in a 24 point board tip on Sleeve with a full color inner sleeve with photos and flyers from the bands first three years, and includes an additional Lyric sheet insert with extensive liner notes and band history from Guitarist Chris Hendrix. 300 Green vinyl and 300 Purple vinyl pressed at RTI.
Japanese punk legends SLANG first new album in ten years! An urgent nine song blast of metallic punk fury! Sparked by outrage at the world’s current state of ceaseless wars, resurgent racism and the corrupt conservative politics within Japan. This quick detonation takes inspiration from the devastating impact of succinct original UK political Hardcore EP’s Like DISCHARGE’S”WHY” to attack with a similar stark declaration of point-blank anger and resistance.
Musically “REST IN MISERY” reignites the sound of the Sapporo’s bands crushing 2000’s releases, which combined their 1980’s original high energy, classic Japanese hardcore sound, the tough New York Style hardcore influences of their 1990’s albums and their 00’s evolution into a razor-sharp D-Beat hardcore bombardment, tempered with heaviness and searing guitar leads. Mastered by Anne-Marie Sueram, 24-point board covers at Stoughton, full color inner sleeve, first pressing of 700 pressed at RTI.
300 on Metallic Red, 400 on Black Vinyl

PORTRAITS OF PAST 1010101 LP - Originally released in 1996, this eight-song full-length was not an immediate success. When it first came out, it was way ahead of its time and the band’s popularity didn’t really explode until long after the band had broken up. This new version was remastered by Will Killingsworth and then mastered by Golden Mastering.
Totalitar - Sin Egen Motstandare LP (30th Anniversary Edition)Sweden’s Totalitar originated from the small town of Hudiksvall in the mid-‘80s “silver age” of Swedish hardcore punk, releasing a few EPs and touring the UK before disbanding in 1990. Originally released as a CD-only release on the Finn Records label, “Sin Egen Motstandare” was originally released on vinyl by Prank in 1997 and again in a remastered version in 2003. This edition is from the original, 2003 metalwork but pressed at RTI and presented in a Stoughton, tip-on sleeve with insert.
BLASTING CONCEPT - Influenced by Blast, SST, RKL, and Annihilation Time, Blasting Concept expertly melds ‘70s rock with early ‘80s SoCal hardcore. Members also played in Like It Or Not, Manumission, Holier Than Thou?, Become, Broken Needle, Embassy, Ochre, Surprise Vacation, and probably a few others as well.
