This was a special renovation project on a 6 storey, grade 2 listed town house in Belgravia. We managed a vast design team and administered a £1.2m contract, whilst satisfying the watchful eye of the Westminster and Grosvenor heritage officials, to restore this stunning property and its 31 rooms.
Here is its stairwell, during the final “French polish” of the balustrade, that brings the vast core with its 7 landings back to life, before the final carpet is laid. We deliver projects big and small, and take every care to perfect interiors no matter the size.
