ITS HERE! Thrilled to have my tune Sparse out now on the awesome Reactions Vol 3. VA by @erbiumrecords a bunch of talent spanning a whole range of genres. I deliberately went out of my way to turn the normal way I produce on its head with this one, from sound selection all the way to bpm so I’m very glad my 100bpms of weird left field bass has found a home! After a bit of confusion with some other Jmans I figured it was time for a name change alongside a new musical direction. It all couldn’t have landed at a better time 👀 Welcome Perlin named after the Noise algorithm developed by Ken Perlin in 1983 used extensively in CGI ever since (check the second slide 👀). If you’ve ever done any CG or graphic design, you’ll definitely recognise this bad boy. Music wise I’ve been making more left-field stuff and I’m super happy to say my 100 BPM chugger is coming out on the latest Erbium VA (last slide & link in bio 🔗). Rolling this back out for Christmas 🎄 Thought I’d show some more BTS for this project I poured blood, sweat, and gears into last year. Bringing Tim Burton’s beloved Robot Boy character to life in 3D for for the first time for Harvey Nichols and The Design Museums Xmas campaign. It went on to win Ad of the Day on The Drum and was screened at the APA Christmas showcase alongside some seriously big-budget commercials. Merry Christmas from me and this box (sphere) of bolts! 🤖🎄

Ooooh, first VFX piece on the grid! 🎉 The Game Developers Conference came to the studio ready to obliterate their old branding and be reborn with something fresh. What better way to do that than leaning into gaming chaos and full-on destruction? Above is my pick of the 9 films we created built with a healthy mix of Cinema4D, Substance Painter, Houdini, After Effects and Photoshop. So my worlds collide today, first Jungle tune I’ve ever produced is out on @motivehunterldn VA all proceeds go to @warchilduk [1] club tested and dancefloor approved big up @jake__osman [2]. And I got ad of the day for all my work on Harvey Nichols, The Design Museum and Tim Burtons Xmas ad promoting the new exhibition [3] full post on that once I’m allowed. ✏️ & 🔊 kinda day I guess, more tunes on the way I promise.
