858hp 624tq Fp Zero Evo9. Flew over to Denver to travel tune this Evo for this customer and it was extremely impressive. Customer reached out for me to help map out a build that would be fun and powerful. After we put this set up together I remoted in to get it ironed out before coming there and we had problem after problem. Client said come anyway let’s sort it out in person. 20mins in after getting there we got the car running on his brand new Haltech ECU. The setup consist of a Built 2.3L @gscpower S3cams, @archerfabrications manifold, @forcedperformance Zero turbo, @jd_customs_usa coil kit, @fuelinjectorclinic 2150’s and @haltech with all sensors and rolling anti lag with a few special tricks we did. Finishing at 858hp 624tq E85. At first we was stuck at 780ish cause boost kept falling off but once we figured out the culprit we was able to hold boost pressure to redline and all the power. On the street this car is insanely faster than I thought and how fast the spool is power on the top end just doesn’t stop pulling. I also have his rolling anti lag configured and that made it that much more power (this car has no lag). 1031Hp 744Tq powered Evo8. This is one wicked setup and all parts on it made this session easy as can be. Right off the trailer connected the got the car idling on point and extremely steady for how big the cams are. Asked the customer how much power do you he said send it to 1000hp. By the 3rd pull on the dyno we was already at 998hp and on the 4th went over to goal making 1031hp 744tq at 39-40psi. This setup is so efficient and on the dyno or on the street the spool is so damn fast and hits so hard everywhere. We didn’t run out of turbo at this power level we ran out of fuel delivery where it’s started to slightly begin leaning out so had to run it short the last run and finish early. THIS TURBO IS COOKING!!! VIDEO IS LIVE!!! Setup is a 2.0 built motor @gscpower S3cams, @hptturbochargers F3 6870BB, @jfabmotorsports 8 injector intake manifold, dual pump 450 & 525, @orsifab full fabrication done, @fuelinjectorclinic 2150s x8, @pfitznerperformancegearbox Dog Box, @aemelectronics V2 standalone ECU, @jd_customs_usa coil kit, @extremeturbosystems cooler. On the street this car is a freight train power stands up instantly and keeps pulling and doesn’t want to stop pulling. Don’t think we seen the limit of this turbo yet and with more fuel delivery I’m curious the potential cause right now it impresses. There is not much comparable data out there on this new HPT 6870 but now I can say these smaller turbos today with new technology are awesome. Not to mention I turned the car off and for almost 3mins straight the turbo was still spinning key off.
