The Lagos x Paris Programme has been a defining chapter in the evolution of our practice. It provided a space where our ideas were stretched, our material language was deepened, and the structural rigour of our brand was sharpened with a renewed sense of purpose.
These months challenged us to think beyond creativity, focusing on building with the production architecture and intellectual depth required for posterity. We are grateful for the support that allowed us to focus on the research and material experimentation and structure that underpins our upcoming work.
Deep gratitude to the exceptional team of mentors and the incredible community of founders who held space for innovation, transformation, and real conversations. This experience marks a significant institutional shift for Pepper Row as we document the provenance of our craft and move into our next chapter.

“Zero waste design has opened my mind to so many possibilities. It’s very exciting! It changes the game, really. It’s really innovative, it helps reduce waste and it creates a lot of possibilities. It’s really an eye opener. This is also very impactful from a design perspective. This will help us reduce waste and use our offcuts. Now I know that we will put our offcuts to better use. It’s been a lovely learning experience and I’m really grateful to have taken this class with my team and I think we will have a positive impact in the world. One step at a time.
