Stress testing our BMW F80 M3 on the dyno before the big @bmwcca @bmwccaclubracing @roadamerica OktoberFAST event in a couple weeks. Enjoy all the swirly noises on decel from the @ladermanufaktur @ladermanufaktur_na LM900gen2 turbos and the insane rawr from our bespoke @inkedcustom exhaust setup. On this calibration, we kept it modest in power and intentionally low in torque with a flat progression. These LM900gen2 flow so well that we can carry a flat torque band from 3750rpm to redline! This helps make the platform very linear and predictable to drive through the road course. Our car features the full @teamschirmer Large Kinematic Kit and their bespoke @nitron_suspension R3 coilovers. With our larger front splitter, we will be testing the car with both the @teamschirmer F8x VLN wing (shorter height) and G8x VLN wing (higher height). Can’t wait to be full tilt at @roadamerica driving with a lot of friends from coast to coast. Our shop F80 M3 has been a staple foundation for us to develop our own in-house tuning solution, engine program, and partner with various manufacturers throughout the world. This car has gone through many various iterations, allowing us to really test what works and what doesn’t. We go beyond just road testing, but actually travel the country competing and validating at different race tracks. BMW G82 M4 Competition xDrive was referred to us by another happy client for some fun ECU calibration. The ECU was quickly removed and sent out to @femtoevo for the unlock. Upon receiving it, we strapped it down to the @dynojetresearch 424x Linx for baseline runs on the stock tune and @protuningfreaks OTS 93oct map. Once confirmed that the vehicle is running well, we proceeded to move on with our custom @pe_tuned ECU tune. A lot of time was spent smoothening out the boost control to assure no throttle closures, accurate torque management, and consistent power delivery. The gain through the powerband is immense! At 5000rpm, there is a gain of over 200whp and 120wtq! The methanol injection system is solely used for thermal management, not fueling! Provides consistent power delivery hit after hit! We got our Bosch MG1 load, torque, and boost control on point! Butter smooth delivery. No ugly overboosting in the lower RPM.
