BMW G82 M4 Competition xDrive was referred to us by another happy client for some fun ECU calibration. The ECU was quickly removed and sent out to
@femtoevo for the unlock. Upon receiving it, we strapped it down to the
@dynojetresearch 424x Linx for baseline runs on the stock tune and
@protuningfreaks OTS 93oct map. Once confirmed that the vehicle is running well, we proceeded to move on with our custom
@pe_tuned ECU tune.
A lot of time was spent smoothening out the boost control to assure no throttle closures, accurate torque management, and consistent power delivery. To keep the stock motor/trans happy with the given 93oct limitation, we kept torque modest and top end linear to redline.
