Our Saturday was a celebration of local creativity as The Hive Zine Fair took over Patch in #Chelmsford.
The building was full of life as local artists shared handmade zines, underground comics, live portraits, and stamp carving.
With @hwillustrator and @originalcreativework leading craft workshops and @parlour_presents keeping us fuelled, the day reminded us exactly what the high street is for 👉 a place where people come together to create and connect.

☀️ Patch Offsite 2026 ☀️
Last week, we brought the whole Patch team together for our annual offsite at Patch #Gloucester 👉 three brilliant days away from the day-to-day.
We packed the agenda with collaborative sessions across product strategy, AI, impact mapping, and a book club discussion. Stepping out of execution mode gave us the space for shared thinking, alignment, and time together as a team.
Beyond the sessions, we stayed in a beautiful country house, soaked up rooftop drinks in the sun, and rounded things off with a long tapas lunch.
For us, these moments are a highlight of the Patch calendar - a chance to reset, reconnect, and get excited about what’s to come 🚀.

National Art Day brought something a little different to Patch in #Chelmsford last week, as we welcomed a talented creative community to Market for an afternoon of portrait drawing with @sketchface_chelmsford 🎨 Local artist @helengirling led the session, guiding everyone from beginners to seasoned sketchers through a series of playful drawing exercises.
✏️ The brief? There’s no wrong way to draw a face.
🪑 Some brave souls even took a short pose to be sketched by the group, including our member @jadcstudio .
