Shaping Gilgandra’s Future   Place Design Group is proud to be working with Gilgandra Shire Council, alongside Patch Planning, Orion Group, and Cobalt Engagement, on a major program of work to guide the town’s growth. Together we’re delivering the CBD Master Plan, housing and infrastructure strategies, community engagement, and new place planning for North and East Gilgandra and Aero Park.   The project recently commenced in August 2025, with the Draft CBD Master Plan going to public consultation in November and finalisation by December. Work on the North and East Master Plans will then continue into the first half of 2026.   Our Sydney team is bringing fresh urban design and strategic planning expertise to support Gilgandra’s vision for a connected and sustainable future.   #gilgandra #regionalplanning #urbandesign #masterplanning #futureready #placemaking

WAM’s new Sydney studio, located in Sydney’s vibrant, historic, city-side hotspot Tallawoladah, The Rocks, has been designed to enable our people to thrive, host, showcase creativity, and express our values and culture of working together. Respecting and celebrating the building’s heritage characteristics and planning for future growth, has driven a loose-fit approach to our workspace. Staying true to our commitment toward responsible and sustainable design, almost all of our existing furniture was re-purposed, working closely with the manufacturers to refurbish and reconfigure.   We look forward to welcoming you soon! Project Completion | Baseline has been working with TAFE NSW delivering the Asset Renewal Program (ARP) to provide upgrades to buildings across their extensive portfolio. The State-wide Roofing Project in FY23 encompassed 25 new roofs across 16 campuses with Baseline being responsible for planning, design and delivery in dynamic, live teaching environments.   Baseline maintains a collaborative and constructive relationship with TAFE NSW and we are currently delivering FY24 Roofing sites, while undertaking design development for key sites to be delivered in FY25.
