Buildcert approached us to refresh their socials and boost organic engagement, bringing more of their culture and personality to the surface.   So we went deep into the certifier and construction world to unlock niche humour and inside jokes that would actually land with their audience.    The results? Content that quickly outperformed previous posts, driving spikes in engagement and meaningful interactions, with up to 150K reach and 80 sends per post. We’re having a lot of fun with the team! nib - Don’t Wing It. AUTHOR was engaged by nib to develop a fun, engaging campaign to attract Working Holiday Makers arriving in Australia… an audience driven by spontaneity, experience and saying yes to everything! Our research showed a clear opportunity. In a category full of corporate, forgettable messaging, we could show up differently. We landed on “Don’t Wing It” — a creative platform encouraging travellers to stay spontaneous about their adventures, but not their healthcare. Using light-hearted, distinctly Australian storytelling, we leaned into the iconic clichés that make Australia great (and sometimes unpredictable), highlighting how quickly the unexpected can lead to out-of-pocket health expenses. From strategy and creative through to execution, AUTHOR led the end-to-end campaign — including nib’s first-ever influencer engagement. And the results?
