This project formed part of a broader uplift to an existing commercial asset, delivering public‑facing forecourt works alongside internal lift lobby upgrades to improve amenity and accessibility throughout.

Going Beyond – Bushland Cleanup
As part of our TAFE NSW Hornsby roofing project, Baseline identified an opportunity to go beyond and initiated a collaborative effort to clean up surrounding bushland.
Working closely with @tafensw and @hornsbycouncil , our team brought stakeholders together on site to align on scope, environmental controls and access logistics ahead of the bushland waste removal works.
By leveraging access through the adjacent quarry and establishing clear environmental and safety protocols early, the project reflects a shared commitment to responsible site management and long‑term environmental outcomes.

Project Completion | St John XXIII Catholic College
Our team are incredibly proud of the recently completed Research and Inquiry Hub at St John XXIII for Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese.
The 3,400sqm facility brings together a variety of contemporary, future‑focused learning spaces. It includes 15 learning commons with interconnected seminar rooms, wet labs, maker spaces, a research hub, design hub, multimedia lab and a 250‑seat presentation space.
Baseline delivered the project in 14 months under a D&C model. Well done to all who contributed to bringing this project to life!

Where minimising waste means maximising performance.
With the works coming to a close for this large open space outside Citadel Towers we wanted to reflect on the grand scope of this beautiful transformation.
Without removing a single tile, StoneSet was used to transform the old, uneven and outdated existing tiles. By installing directly over them, we diverted an incredible 25 tonne of waste from landfill and eliminated the need for costly demolition, saving hundreds of thousands in the process.
With a streamlined 23-day installation, the team ensured everyone at Citadel Towers could get back to enjoying their favourite lunch spot sooner, smarter and more sustainably 🌿
This outdoor seating area combines raised turf terraces, corten steel retaining walls, custom street furniture all brought together along with StoneSet’s Permeable Paving

Project Completion | Awaba House
Baseline is excited to share photos of our recently completed project to restore the historic Awaba House on the shores of Lake Macquarie. Rebuilding this iconic venue after it was destroyed in a devastating fire has been a great challenge and deeply rewarding.
The project’s design retained and restored the original structure while introducing contemporary extensions to support its use as an events and wedding venue, café and community space. Working with the fragile heritage fabric required great care, and the project included some technically demanding new elements — such as off‑form concrete roof and awnings, and the striking rammed earth walls.
We’re incredibly proud of the outcome. A huge shout-out the Baseline team for their skill and dedication. Thanks to Lake Macquarie City Council along with the wider consultant and contractor group for being fantastic collaborators.

Baseline are thrilled to be working at Loreto Kirribilli in collaboration with MostynCopper to transform two levels of the St Joseph’s building. The design developed by BVN, Northrop and JHA will deliver an inclusive and flexible education environment.
We’re looking forward to seeing this project come to life and the positive impact it will have on the Loreto community!

Topping Out | Exciting progress at St John XXIII Catholic College as the new Research and Inquiry Hub continues to take shape. The building will provide specialist Science and Design spaces as well as General Learning Areas. As the project nears completion, you get a sense of the impact these new learning spaces will have on the School campus.
