Teaming up with @formaprojects , we kicked off this major re-roof project last month and we’re already flying ahead of schedule.
We’re installing premium Stramit Speed Deck Ultra, @ecolife_solutions 60mm R1.5 insulation with sarking, full safety wire system, and all custom flashing & capping supplied by @no1roofing — keeping everything running smooth and to the highest standard.
Two weeks ahead already — a huge shoutout to our crew for their drive, skill, and commitment to getting the job done right. Proud of the team! 👷♂️

Jordan Springs High School project is officially underway! 🚀
Kicked things off at the start of the month with Block C becoming the first roof being installed. Safety wire and guard rails fully installed — our team are working safely and efficiently every day.

A few weeks ago we kicked off our project at Harrington Park, working on the new amenities block built by Hudel.
This one’s an exciting project for us. Not only are we installing the roof, but we’re also completing the soffit framing and soffit sheeting from the underside, making it a full package.
The roof was wired, guard railed and sheeted within a week, bringing the project to rough-in stage for other trades 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

Just before Christmas we kicked off roofing works on this brand new multi-building high school in Melrose Park alongside @lipmanptyltd .
We pushed hard to complete Stage 1 of Block B before the holiday break, using premium materials from our trusted suppliers.

Our St Declan’s Penshurst project commenced last week.
We are pleased to be working alongside @cowynbuilding once again to deliver this project to the high standard of quality expected by both Cowyn Building and Evolve Roofing.
The project incorporates @ecolife_solutions 145mm insulation in conjunction with Roof Razor, providing an improved thermal and energy-efficient outcome for the school.
Roofing works include @stramitau Speed Deck roof sheeting and Farlap system. With roof lengths exceeding 32lm, this system allows for a more efficient installation process.
All guard rail has been supplied and installed in-house to ensure works progress efficiently. Site safety is supported by perimeter scaffolding supplied by @upright_access .
We look forward to sharing the completed project in the coming weeks.

In 2019 we completed the roof on the South Cronulla Surf Club. Using stainless steel box guttering and rainwater products. @no1roofing Snapline 45 roof sheeting that was rolled in @unicotesteel Magnaflow range due to its proximity to salt water. Allowing this roof to stand the test of time. Six years on and looking like this just shows our dedication to giving our clients a long lasting high performance roof solution to every project we complete.
St John’s XXIII project
Working with @Baseline_projects to deliver the purpose-built Research and Enquiry Hub at St John’s XXIII Catholic College. This 2670m2 roof area was installed using @lysaght_australia Klip Lok 700 in @colorbonsteel Shale Grey. This building has the highest grade 130mm insulation under 120mm roof raisers from @ecolifesolutions . This project is a great achievement for our team being delivered in two stages with the North and South roof areas being installed following the steel and purlin install and keeping the project moving. Thankyou @no1roofing for streamline supply and delivery on this project.
