The project includes a new additional level constructed in structural steel and concrete, along with a new bistro, beer garden, sports bar, pool room, gaming room and upgraded amenities throughout.
Delivered within a live venue, the works required careful staging to maintain trading, alongside managing constrained site access and complex sequencing.

We’ve recently completed a significant refurbishment of a Manly icon, The Ivanhoe Hotel.
The project included a new sports bar, gaming room, bottle shop, courtyards, extensive joinery, and alfresco bar, alongside a new heritage façade to the existing commercial tenancy.
