Wyndham Ridge Estate in Greta has experienced an explosion in enquiry since the announcement, with over 25 lots being snapped up in June. Kristy Houk and her husband, Ryan were one of the lucky buyers in this new land release. “Ryan and I originally relocated from Sydney due to work commitments about seven years ago. Back then, we weren’t sure we would stay up this way for long but quickly grew to love the area and loved the country town feeling that Greta had to offer. From the day we moved here we knew that this was where we would plant our roots and settle our little family. We always knew our next step for our family was to move to a larger sized block with a more spacious home that we could grow into as our son, Liam, grew older. We cherished the idea of a new home in an estate but were not fond of how built up and crowded many of the other local estates were becoming.
