City of Sydney Affordable Housing Approval in the LEC
Congratulations to EMAG on their appeal being upheld in relation to the adaptive reuse of an existing Haymarket building. Designed by @fjmtstudio , the building will contain 384 boarding rooms, aimed at workforce and student accommodation. We were happy to provide planning evidence which lead to an approval which exceeded the LEP FSR control by 6.9% and satisfied Design Excellence provisions.

Congratulations to Precinct Capital on achieving development consent for their exciting Nepean Business Park project in Penrith. The project on a 47HA site will comprise 93 lots, dedicate 22,000sqm of community land and provide for a connection with the Great River Walk. Mixed Use, Student Housing Development Approved at Kingsford!
Congratulations to Fusion Development on receiving consent for their new mixed use development at Nos. 273-275 Anzac Parade, Kingsford. The project will deliver an eighteen storey building with two levels of commercial floor area and sixteen levels of student accommodation, including 142 boarding rooms, numerous facilities and communal spaces. The approval will provide a contemporary architectural design and play an important part in the envisaged reinvigoration of the Kensington and Kingsford Corridor! It was fantastic to work with such a great team and have the appeal upheld.
