A full circle moment, beautifully captured by @pascalecoadeprojects 20 years ago, I stood beside Mum behind the counter, captivated by the way she spoke; flavour as language, food as ritual, every customer drawn into her world. Next weekend, we return to it. Her tiramisu. Our counter. Mother’s Day weekend 😌💛 #tiramisu #mothersday

Over the past few months I’ve had the privilege of working with the team at @broadsheet_melb to help manage and curate programming for Broadsheet’s first-ever Dine Out Festival, with over 80 events across two states. Some highlights included: Gertrude Street Enoteca resurrected at Carnation Canteen, Cam’s Kiosk × Gerald’s Bar Canapés & Cocktails, Herbs Taverne at Apollo Inn, Oltra Pizza Party at Bar Freda’s,  Danielle Alvarez + OzHarvest: food that gives back and Sydney’s Corner 75 bringing a Hungarian-inspired feast to Melbourne’s Bistra. I love working with this team and I can’t wait to watch the festival grow.
