I’m mean come on - between the school run, washing up, carrying and fixing the scooters, serving fish fingers or chicken nuggets for the 5th time this week, not to mention mowing the lawn right back to answering the key question, when are parents supposed to exercise? Is this not enough….
Maybe we need to find the time, maybe we need to prioritise ourselves so we can prioritise others and those we love post.
Now that might mean some pain, getting up early or being prepared to get it done late in the evening – when it is proberly the last thing we feel like once we’ve finally got the kids to sleep.
The carrot here is we can still have that well deserved tipple, but we might just need to delay that gratification by 20-30 minutes put the grind first.
