I had the opportunity to contribute to the film as a Production Assistant under the guidance of
@aleksandra.wojt , curator of the project. Working with an exceptional team, I’m thankful for the experience and for being part of this process.
The project was developed as part of the
@doorfoundation Artist-in-Residence Programme Choreomania: Bodily Excess, Collective Unrest and was filmed in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
It will be presented on February 22nd in London at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (
@icalondon ) as part of INFERNO Summit (
@inferno_london ), conceived and curated by
@lewisgburton .
Réquiem (2025)
The desire of a body that has crossed death multiple times to achieve the perishable freedom of its existence is also a dance of a body trying to stay upright. A dream painted by the narrative of belonging and the possibility of finding a safe place. Where it is necessary to rearrange the meanings of life through iconoclasms that bleed – choreographed by the birds that twist themselves.
