Tried a 0.5 with the crew today. Photo skills need work. Runners need no work. 10/10 good vibes with @paceoftheeast joining us this morning to share about their upcoming 5K and efforts to grow running (and walking!) in the Asian community. Big thanks to Ayumi and Song for swinging by!
Pace of the East 5K is on Saturday, May 2nd at 9:00am at the Urban District Market (in NoDa) and is free! In lieu of race entry costs, they are collecting donations which will go towards @ourbridgeforkids , assisting immigrant, refugee and first generation children & their families. Let’s help lift up our community when and where we can.
